Refund policy

Thank you for purchasing an item from ERIHM store, we appreciate you and we are so grateful for your support of our small business.

We strive to ensure that you have an outstanding experience shopping with us. We have made every effort to describe our products in the as much as detail as possible and provide accurate images and dimensions so that you can make a confident and informed decision when purchasing.  

For change of mind and exchanges:

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on Prayer Mats.

As a result, we are unable to offer a change of mind or exchange for a different style or colour at the customer’s own expense due to the custom nature of our product.

For returns on Abaya

You are welcome to lodge a return request within 14 days of your parcel being received.

ERIHM does not cover the shipping cost for returning an item. We recommend using a traceable service to reduce the risk of lost parcels.

Please read through the conditions below to ensure your item is eligible for a return BEFORE you lodge your return request;.

  • Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, with original packaging and with all tags attached.
  • Items soiled with make-up, dirt, food, tanning products or similar will not be accepted.
  • Return costs are at the customer’s expense (unless your item is deemed faulty).

 If items are received and they are not qualified for return. Customer service will email you to organise return. Please check thoroughly that you are eligible for return BEFORE sending back.

You can choose the option of a store credit or refund.

Store credit: will be issued within 3-5 working days and valid from 6 months from the date of issue. Please be mindful that ERIHM does not notify customers when store credit is due to expire. Items purchased with store credit can be returned for store credit only, they cannot be returned for a refund. 

Refund: will be issued within 5-7 business days from the date your return is received. Please be aware that funds can generally take up to another 3-4 business days ( even longer for international customers) to appear in your personal bank account. All refund methods are delivered back to the original payment method and can not be returned to a different card or account.Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note that refunds may take longer if processing over a public holiday or Eid. We appreciate your patience with the refund process over these time periods. 

 

Faulty returns

We quality control our products from manufacture to the final moment before are shipped to you. Our items are sent in brand new condition and are thoroughly inspected prior to dispatch. If you suspect a fault, please contact us within three days of receiving your goods. A refund will be issued if an item is deemed to be faulty or damaged.

To be eligible for a return, please be aware of the following condition that items are returned in brand new, unused condition and must be in original packaging with labels intact

Once the product has been returned and accepted, we will refund you in your chosen refund option. This will be either store credit or refund monies directly into the method of payment initially received for the products. A confirmation email will be sent to you on issue of the credit or refund. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days from the date your return is received. Funds will then generally take up to another 3-5 working days to appear in your account. Please note, this may take longer for international orders.

Shipping fees are not refundable. Please be advised that refunds may take longer if being completed over public holidays and Eid. We appreciate your patience with the refund process over this period.

For store credit, validity is 6 months from the date of issue. Once we receive your return, your store credit will be processed between 3-5 Business Days and you will receive a confirmation email. Please be aware that the store credit can not be used or re-issued after the expiration date. Please be mindful that ERIHM does not notify customers when store credit is due to expire. Items purchased using a store credit, can only be returned for a store credit. They cannot be returned for a refund.
