Shipping policy

We deliver within Australia and world wide*. 

We offer a flat rate standard delivery fee within Australia:

$10.99 AUD for Abaya, Hijab and smaller items

$15.95 AUD for prayer mats due to their bulky dimensions. 

We offer a flat rate International shipping cost of $65AUD for Abaya , Hijab and Accessories.  *Unfortunately at this stage, we are unable to offer International Shipping of our prayer mats.

Please note: Some countries may request custom charges before delivering your order and this will vary based on your specific country regulations and import thresholds. As the receiver, you are responsible for payment of these custom fees and any other fees related to receiving your order. Any fees as such is unfortunately, out of the control of ERIHM.

DELIVERY AND EXPECTED WAIT TIMES

ERIHM is pleased to offer express delivery options for both domestic and international delivery.

We have selected the most rapid option available.

Unfortunately, public holidays and Eid may result in some unexpected processing delays. Our couriers are not available to pick up parcels over the weekend, on public holidays and on Eid. Please be mindful when you are shopping around these specified times and be aware of expected delays.
